Comfort
The Stables features 18 enclosed temperature controlled stalls, each with steel fronts that feature interior walkway access and a paddock door for exterior access. In addition, each stall includes an automatic water system, air filtration and purification system, rubber floor matting and, a custom equestrian floor drain and sanitary system.
Safety
The Stables incorporate a 24/7/365 security monitoring system provided by ADT, including, intrusion, smoke, and early detection heat sensors throughout the stall facility.
24 Hour Virtual Presence. The Stables is one of a few equestrian facilities to offer a private Internet accessible video monitoring system that permits each owner to view their horse in the stall at any time of the day or night.
Special Services
General Care & Attendance. Boarding includes hay and water every day, stall clean out daily, and general observation.
Exercise-Turn Out Plan. This service is customized to your precise specifications. Exercise Plans may be changed monthly, at your request.
Dietary & Supplements Plan. This service is customized to your precise specifications. Dietary Plans may be changed monthly, at your request.
Grooming & Farrier Plan. This service is customized to your precise specifications. Grooming & Farrier Plans may be changed monthly, at your request.
Veterinarian Plan. This service is subject to your precise specifications. Emergency medical treatment is an exception to this service and will be ordered by our staff if they believe that your horse is in serious distress.
Riding & Visiting Plan. This service is customized to your precise specifications. Riding & Visiting Plans may be changed monthly, at your request.

Tack & Care Facility
Tack Lockers/Closets
Each stall includes a large secure private 4x8 foot Tack Locker/Closet located at the Tack & Care Facility.
Treatment & Wash Bay
The Tack & Care Facility features a veterinarian Treatment Bay separate and away from the Stall Facility. The Treatment Bay is temperature controlled and available for both standard observations and emergency treatment. The Wash bay features temperature controlled water and air purification.
Horse Trailer Parking
The Tack & Care Facility features indoor and outdoor Horse Trailer parking availability.
The Clubhouse
The Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is the quintessential equestrian event space, featuring a 5,800 square foot 2 level guest facility that includes a private serving kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 large changing rooms, dual freezers and refrigerators, formal conference – dining room, commercial AV and stereo system, and is located directly above the Stall Facility. Decorated with equestrian themed antiques, the Clubhouse is as unique as it is elegant. Owners have priority access to Clubhouse events held throughout the year and may also reserve it for their own private events or parties.
BBQ & Event Area
The BBQ & Event Area is the perfect setting for any private party. It is particularly well suited for Birthday parties and other events where outdoor activities are requested. The area features a large fire pit, BBQ area and a four season temperature controlled 1,100 square foot space. Prices start at $150.00. Please call to discuss your plan with one of our staff. We will be delighted to assist you in arranging the perfect party or event.
Fees
General Boarding. Monthly boarding fees for each of the 18 stalls is $650.00 and remains fixed for the period of the boarding term. Boarding terms are available for 3 month, 12 month, and 18 month periods. General Boarding includes the following services and privileges.
